Most high-achieving people reach a point where the feedback stops being useful. The people around you are too invested in your success or too cautious to tell you what they actually see. So the patterns persist. The same tensions resurface in different rooms with different people. The conflict that didn't get resolved last year shows up again this year wearing a different face.
This isn't a competence problem. You're clearly competent. It's something older than that.
Early in life, you developed ways of navigating the world that worked. They probably still work up to a point. But the strategies that helped a younger version of you survive and succeed don't always serve the leader, partner, or person you're trying to become. At some point, the armor becomes the obstacle.

What I do is help you see the patterns underneath, how your history shapes the way you communicate, react, lead, and relate. We look at what's driving the behaviors that are costing you, and we build the awareness and skills to do something different.
The work is direct. It draws on my background as a psychotherapist which means we can get to the root. But it's also practical. You'll leave sessions with clarity, not just insight.
